‘How to run the ALPHA course’ — training for leaders

This training session takes place at ‘DAY FOR LEADERS’

Oct 19, St Paul’s Secondary School, Greenhills, Dub 12.

Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. It's a great tool for serving your community, and sharing the Gospel message in an informal and non-judgemental way. Over 10 weeks, Alpha brings guests through the core beliefs of Christianity, as they wrestle with life's biggest questions: why am I here? Is there a God? Is there more to life than this?

Each session includes time for Connection (usually over food), Content (through the excellent Alpha Film Series) and Conversation (through an honest and safe small group discussion).

At this training session, you’ll learn everything you need to make your next Alpha - even if it’s your first - the best Alpha yet. We’ll cover the key core cultures at the heart of Alpha, how to invite people, and how to handle a small group dynamic. You’ll leave the session equipped to reach out and serve your community through Alpha. For more details, you can check out the Alpha Ireland website on: https://alphaireland.org/
